Our Services

Jury Selection
Jury investigation and selection is not just limited to criminal and civil checks. It is used beyond criminal trials and in complex civil litigation.

Mock Trials
A mock trial is designed to mirror an actual jury trial to allow testing of trial evidence and arguments for both sides.

Focus Groups
Focus groups are typically conducted using informal round-table discussions.

Post-Trial Interviews
If a case is retried, or if clients try other cases involving the same client or similar issues, post-trial interviews and jury debriefings are conducted.

Trial Consulting
DecisionsWon offers a wide range of services based on over 30 years of trial and courtroom experience.

Shadow Juries
Shadow jurors are qualified citizens recruited for the purpose of observing the trial from a lay person’s perspective.

Group Polling
Informal in-person group polling can include anywhere from 30 to 100 participants. The process involves reading a statement of the case with additional facts in a one hour presentation and then decisions will be taken.
